Week 1
Nutrition
Practical tips on how to optimize your nutrition and your meals through hormonal changes. We’ll do a guided “meal optimization” exercise together.
Week 3
Sleep & Rhythm
The link between daily (circadian) rhythm and sleep quality; sleep hygiene and evening routines. The relationship between hormone health and sleep.
Week 2
Movement & Body
The role of movement during perimenopause; building a sustainable routine. Support for the body and nervous system through yoga classes.
Week 4
Stress Management
Understanding how the nervous system works and how the stress response shows up; regulation practices and a self-compassion approach. Supporting emotional awareness through body awareness.
