Unwind & Rewire is a 2-hour hands-on workshop for those ready to explore gentle ways to support their nervous system and find more balance in daily life. *Workshop Flow* 🌿 Yoga Session (45 Minutes) We’ll start with a calming yoga session focused on grounding movement and breath-helping your body unwind and settle into the present moment. 🤝 Wellness Circle (35-40 Minutes) After yoga, we’ll gather for a wellness circle to talk about how stress shows up in our bodies and minds, and share practical, science-backed tools for nervous system regulation. We'll touch-base on negativity bias of our minds, emotional awareness, resilience and breathwork. This is a friendly space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with others. 🥷🏻 Individual & Group Activity (25-30 Minutes) Through light, interactive games and activities, we’ll explore the impact of connection in a playful way. 📝 After the workshop You’ll receive a Nervous System Reset Guide by email, with easy-to-follow rituals and tips to help you bring more calm into your routine. *What's In It For You?* ✨ Experience a gentle yoga practice to help your body release tension. ✨ Learn how your nervous system works and what you can do to support it. ✨ Try out practical tools for finding calm and balance-on and off the mat. ✨ Connect with others in a supportive and relaxed space. ✨ Leave with a simple plan to carry these calming practices into your daily life.
