This workshop is an invitation to understand your natural rhythm and start working with your body, not against it. -Workshop Flow- 🧘‍♀️ Yoga Session (30 Minutes) We'll kick off with a grounding mild yoga practice focused on supporting the nervous system and relaxing the mind. 💬 Wellness Talk (45-60 Minutes) We'll start with the essentials: what your hormones actually do, how your cycle shapes your energy, mood, focus, sleep and metabolism across the month. Clear, practical knowledge that makes your everyday experience make sense. You'll discover how to align your movement, food, rest and social energy with each phase of your cycle. We'll also touch on perimenopause — what shifts, why, and what lifestyle changes make the biggest difference. Whether you're in your 20s, navigating perimenopause, or somewhere in between, this is your starting point. -About Nazli- Nazlı is a Functional Medicine Wellness Coach and yoga teacher, and the founder of SENSbalance. She designs workshops and trainings that combine body work with practical wellness knowledge, because she thinks body awareness, when paired with the right lifestyle habits, can lead to real, lasting change. Self compassion lies on the basis of her approach. In recent years, she has focused especially on menopause and hormonal health -a stage of life that deserves far more attention and knowledge than it usually gets.
