A simple way to settle the nervous system and arrive fully present before we begin. π¬ Wellness Circle (45-60 Minutes) We cover the essentials: what perimenopause actually is and when it begins, how your cycle starts to change and what those changes mean, the most common symptoms β from sleep disruption and mood shifts to brain fog and irregular periods β and the lifestyle adjustments that make a real difference. This isn't an exhaustive medical course. It's a clear, honest starting point that makes your experience finally make sense.
