4-week long holistic wellness program including guidance on the main pillars of wellness. You’ll get into the intricacies of healthy eating, samurai sleep and tackling with stress. And as a bonus you can have a weekly relaxing yoga practise with me for free. Flow of the program: First week for setting up your kitchen and mind Audio and video messages from me (via whatsapp group) with capsule information and guidance every other day Once a week, Q&A session over whatsapp where you can ask your questions in the group and I’ll answer them all Daily support on how to arrange your meals. You’ll share your meals and I’ll comment on them right away to get them healthier each time. Who can join this program? Anyone who wants to feel better, get healthier and more energetic can join this program. Don’t wait till you get sick to live a healthier life. Anyone who experience one or more of the following symptoms and want to get their body and mind back in balance: waking up low in energy, feeling bloated frequently, having disorganized bowel movement, experiencing mood swings, having difficulty in concentrating, having frequent cravings… Anyone with an auto-immune disease (and maybe your doctor recommended life style changes, but you don’t know where to start, this program will give you head start knowledge and motivation) This is a 1-on-1 program with a fixed content covering main wellness pillars. This is not a weight-loss program, but participants usually have this as a “side-effect” of healthier nutritional choices and mindful eating.
