4-week program that dives into in’s-and-out’s of happiness, hand-in-hand with overall wellness. We’ll go over the fundamentals about happiness in 4 online live sessions (1h each) where we’ll spare the last 15min for Q&A. Also, you’ll get some practical tips and capsule information on the program WhatsApp group. We’ll mainly cover the topics below. There’s also going to be customized content based on the group’s questions. the myth of happiness: what’s it? and why do we keep chasing it? how does nervous system works? Why are we tend to focus on the negative? how effective happiness in our overall well-being? the major factors on our happiness: the assumption versus reality does happiness last forever? or are we doomed forever to feel dissatisfied? practises to improve contentment in life (a collection of methodologies I gathered over the years) Feel free to drop me an email if you have questions on the program.
