Hi, I'm Nazli
I’m a functional medicine wellness coach who embraces a holistic approach to well-being. I believe that true wellness goes beyond just hitting the gym; it’s about integrating the mind-body-soul for lasting results.
With this perspective I’ve designed workshops and classes that blend yoga with the key pillars of wellness. I see yoga as a moving meditation, and when paired with healthy habits, it can create remarkable transformations.
Rather than just putting out the fire, I focus on helping people build lifelong habits that enhance their quality of life. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness participants leave my workshops and classes feeling more energized and motivated, thanks to a blend of mental, physical, and emotional practices.
