Understanding that rhythm doesn't just explain how you feel. It changes how you live. WORKSHOP FLOW 🧘‍♀️ Grounding In Nature (10-15 Minutes) We open with a short guided breathwork and grounding practice — no mats, no equipment, just you and the open air. A simple way to settle the nervous system and arrive fully present before we begin. 💬 Wellness Circle (45-60 Minutes) How does your cycle actually shape your energy, mood, focus, metabolism and social needs across the month? What are the four phases — and what does your body need in each one? How can you align your movement, food, rest and work with your natural rhythm — not as a rigid plan, but as a flexible, compassionate framework for everyday life? And what role do hormones play in all of this — including what to expect as they begin to shift later in life? WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? ✨ Understand the phases of your cycle and how each one shapes your energy, mood and body. ✨ Learn how to align your movement, food, rest and social life with your natural rhythm. ✨ Stop seeing your fluctuations as a weakness — and start using them as information. ✨ Walk away with a simple, practical framework you can start applying this week.
